If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
